Ingredients: 1 1/2 lbs new potatoes, cooked whole then cut into bitesize pieces 350gr French beans, steamed and stopped 3 eggs, boiled for 8 mins and stopped salad leaves 2 large tomatoes, cut into segments 20 black olives, cut into halves 185gr tin tuna, drained and flaked olive oil or French dressing
Preparation: Allow cooked ingredients to cool slightly while preparing the dressing and starting the salad. Mix salad leaves with all other ingredients except eggs and the dressing. Peel and quarter the eggs and arrange on top.
Remarks: Tastes really nice slightly warm, but also good cold.
