Ingredients
50 gr pecans, chopped in halves pack of French beans or runner beans 1/2 head of broccoli or sprouting broccoli 1 TBSP butter juice of a lemon
Preparation
Dry-fry pecans and set aside. Cut tops of beans and boil for 6-8 mins until tender. Melt butter and mix well with all other ingredients, heat through.
